So my dad technically does have a sense of pain, but he doesn’t understand it.
He broke his back twice, and the second time only got an ambulance because after two days of pain, he rolled off the couch onto the floor, because if not he would’ve collapsed, and then he couldn’t get back up, because he was recovering from surgery on his shoulder.
I have a list of all the injuries he’s gotten. I have typed it down and all i need is someone to show some interest in his brains tomfoolery and his permission and then ill be hitting post. He makes no fucking sense and I need someone to study him because what the actual flying fuck.
I’m actually considering starting a bet with my sister and my dads adopted brother to see if he somehow manages to reach 65, because at this point his brother is starting to suspect my dad is an alien species. I know it’s morbid but at this point I’m starting to see my uncles reasoning.
Just wanted to specify something because apparently we can’t have a single safe space!

You all disgust me on multiple levels as an ill queer minor. In fact, it’s disappointing that a minor has more common sense than multiple of you adults have.
*by “family thing” I mean something that you all do/know about/enjoy, a thing that ties you together in some way. (ex. my family is big on musicals, we sing stuff all the time together just out of the blue. I know some other people whose things are old movies, or star trek, or whatever it may be.)
the Halo series
My father has played all of the main games multiple times on the most difficult settings and beaten all of them, ALONE. He’s been playing them since Halo CE was released and he bought it for the OG Xbox.
He played it with my two brothers, he tried to get both of my sisters to play if I recall correctly, and with me. When my cousin was living with us when I was a toddler, I remember they’d sometimes stay up until one in the morning playing together.
Him, my dad and both of my brothers would play 2v2 against each other. Imagine, a thirty-something year old man playing Halo with his twenty year old nephew and his thirteen and fifteen year old sons. My brother broke one of the controllers after he lost against our dad.
We’ve played Halo CE three times, Halo 2 twice, Halo 3 five times, Halo four three times, and only a month after finishing Reach we decided to play it again, but on the highest difficulty. He has finished Halo 4 more than eight times since it came out and it is his ultimate favourite.
Given all that information, I’m sure you can imagine how utterly pissed we both were when Halo 5 came out and it didn’t have Co-Op, and how much more pissed off we both were when Halo Infinite didn’t have Co-Op either.
I find it quite odd that transphobes almost always immediately assume that trans women are transitioning for a fetish, like, can they not comprehend that transitioning is not inherently sexual?
…and then a lightbulb went off in my head.

I’ve heard so many transphobes say that trans women are “just crossdressers who want to assault women”, and when I hear this shit all I can think is like, why do you assume that crossdressing is only a sexual thing? Because that is exactly what I think is being implied.
Like it gives me so many questions, because to me, assuming that all trans women are “just crossdressers with a fetish”, besides the obvious transphobia, sounds like they cannot comprehend that a man crossdressing is not inherently sexual. They think that trans women are crossdressers, and that crossdressing is sexual, so, by their logic, a trans woman transitioning is always sexual and to fulfil a fetish.
And so I managed to come to a conclusion of why they think this way, because, to transphobes, it goes like this:
crossdressing= sexual. trans women= crossdressers. and then they come to their ridiculous conclusion: that, because crossdressing is sexual, and trans women are just crossdressers, it means that transitioning is always sexual and that trans women are just transitioning to fulfil a fetish.
Bigots think that, for trans women, transitioning is no different than crossdressing, and by claiming they’re both sexual, to me it sounds like you’re assuming that a man crossdressing is always sexual, as if it cannot be for anything other than to fulfil a fetish.
and then it gives me a new question, which is:
Why do you assume that a man dressing feminine is only doing so for a fetish? why do you assume that someone you consider to be “man” can’t dress in women’s clothing without it being sexual? Why do you sexualise femininity when the person is not fitting the standards of who society says is allowed to?
Why do you assume that trans women are transitioning because they believe they are too weak to be men, that if they’re weak men it means they have to become women? Why do you think trans women transition because they think cis women are weaker than men, or that they think woman=feminine, which means women are weak bc they’re feminine and men can’t be weak, so they transition as a way to “degrade womanhood”? Or that being feminine is weak because that’s what women are, maybe that fits better? idk.
So yeah, that is the conclusion I’ve come to about why they think this way.
TLDR; Transphobes think that transitioning is sexual because, to them, trans women are crossdressers, and they think crossdressing is fetishistic and an act of degradation and misogyny towards womanhood and femininity, which means that trans women do the exact same by transitioning.
idk if this is classified as transmisogyny but if it is please let me know so I can tag appropriately, also remember that I’m a trans man, so this isn’t from first-hand experience, it’s from what I’ve observed. Also, I have difficulty putting my thoughts into words so if this is written a bit odd then that’s why.
i agree an extremely vulnerable group of people should go up to random strangers they know nothing about at the gym and ask to take their steroids in public, where even if they say yes it is extremely unlikely they’ll give you enough to last the rest of your life, nor agree to supply for you permanently
